Sam is a PGA golf professional, coach and author.
He played full time golf for ten years as an elite amateur and on the minor professional tours before beginning his coaching career.
Sam coaches golfers of all levels from club players to Tour Professionals.
He also works with rugby teams, cricketers and coaches and players from other sports.
He continues to play competitive golf at PGA regional level.
Adam is a professional rugby player for Scotland and Glasgow Warriors
He made his RBS 6 Nations debut in the 2015 championship against England at Twickenham
Equally comfortable in any of the back-row positions, Ashe attended Alva Academy and has played club rugby for Hillfoots and Stirling County.
He has represented Scotland at under-17, under-18 and under-20 level, and likes golfing, skiing and playing the drums in his spare time.
Grayson is a professional rugby player for Scotland and Ealing Trailfinders.
He previously played for Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh Rugby in the Pro12 and the Auckland Blues and the New South Wales Waratahs in Super Rugby.
His usual position is Scrum-half.
He lives in London and enjoys spending time relaxing with his wife Chelsea and their French Bulldog Ardie.
Rich is the Sports Psychology Coach on the Northants County Cricket Club Academy programme.
He is Buckinghamshire Cricket’s Head Coach for the Boys’ and Girls’ Player Pathways.
He is an ECB Level 4 ‘Master Coach’, has a postgraduate diploma in Elite Cricket Coaching and has a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology.
